1. Raise a complaint

Write to or call our Grievance Officer. Please include your name, your order number if you have one, how to reach you, and what went wrong.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it. We will tell you the outcome and the reasons.

If you are not satisfied, you can approach the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) or file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, including online through e-Daakhil (edaakhil.nic.in).

2. Use your rights over your personal data

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to do any of the following. Write to the Grievance Officer with the subject "Data rights request" and say which you want. So that we can find your records, include the email address or mobile number you gave us, or your order number:

  • Access: a summary of the personal data we hold about you, the other parties we have shared it with, and what we use it for.
  • Correction, completion or updating of your personal data.
  • Erasure of your personal data.
  • Withdrawal of a consent you gave, for example for marketing messages.
  • Nomination of another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.

If you have an account, you can raise these requests, see how they are progressing, and change your optional consents (such as marketing on each channel) from your account page.

3. What happens to your request

We will confirm we have received it, and we may ask you to verify your identity, for example by an OTP to your registered mobile number, so that your data is never disclosed to someone else.

We will respond to your request within 30 days, and in any case within the 90-day limit set by the DPDP Rules. It costs nothing.

If you ask us to erase your data, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep some of it, such as invoices and payment records for tax and accounting. If we keep anything, we will tell you what and why. Identifying details such as your name, email and phone number are removed from your account.

If we cannot act on your request, we will tell you why.

4. If you are still not satisfied about your data

If we do not resolve a complaint about your personal data, or we do not respond within the time above, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, which receives complaints online. The Act requires you to have first used our grievance process.
